Terms and Conditions for prof-removals London

The following text explains terms, rights, obligations to all parties involved in RAIKKA London Removals Company business:

1. Confirmation ownership of the goods.
a. Consumer hereby confirms the ownership of the goods.
b. Consumer will be responsible for any losses, expenses caused by a false statement before any agreement has been done.

2. Goods or services that RAIKKA London Removals will not accept for removal:
a. Any living nature: plants, pets, fish.
b. Any goods that require government permission for import or export.
c. Any drugs.
d. Any products that need to be refrigerated or frozen before can be removed.
f. Any goods that are potentially dangerous, explosive or otherwise liable to do damage in mass.
e. Any, stolen or prohibited accordingly to the board regulations.

3. RAIKKA London Removals obligations.
a. It is our responsibility to deliver the goods in the same condition as they were before transportation.
b. We will only be liable to compensate you for any damages provoked by our staff during the process.
c. The cost of the liability will be determined in accordance with the declaration of the goods you will provide to us.
d. It is our responsibility to inform you the duration and difficulties we may face during the transportation.
